Healing foods are eaten when you click the eat button to consume an amount of that food item from your inventory. They will restore your health if you have taken damage from animal or human attacks. Note that they will not diminish your hunger.

The headings 0, 1, 2, 3 and so on divide the foods by healing power. Items under "0" heal between 0 and 0.99% of a characters health per 100g consumed , items under "1" heal between 1% to 1.99% per 100g, and so on. Within each group the items are ordered by power - a more powerful healer will always be further down the list.

Raw healing foods, sorted by healing % per day of gathering: (no tools-best tool)

(Foods marked with a * are also nourishing foods)
