Cocoa beans can be processed to make cocoa nibs.
It is rumored that these long-lost delicacies were hidden away in the deepest, darkest recesses of the world by strange and wonderful human beings called Oompa-Loompas. Another account is that these cacao beans were created by the gods themselves as the food and drink of choice.
Uses for Cocoa Beans
- cocoa nibs - roasted in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven from beans
- cocoa paste - millstone/grain mill: Grinding cocoa nibs (requires cocoa nibs)
