Grains cannot be eaten raw, but rather be gathered, ground to their respective wheats in a millstone or manual grain grinder, and then made into bread in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven. The flours can also be further processed into pastry dough (only from wheat flour), pasta or cake flour.
