Here is a list that covers the most recent changes in the game. Information will get purged from the bottom (oldest) items, once they have been displayed long enough. Some dates might not be exact.

  • 8/2/2014
    • A delay was introduced to unsubbing to prevent someone else from instantly deleting your account if they get your login credentials.
  • 1/2/2014
    • It's now possible to domesticate a wide array of birds.
  • 21/1/2014
    • Notes that use HTML or CSS will be proofread automatically and fixed if they have errors. It's possible to view the edits it's going to make, giving you a chance to fix things manually if it's editing the code in ways you didn't want to happen.
  • 16/1/2014
    • Rainclothes, umbrellas and parasols were implemented.
  • 13/1/2014
    • Stomach capacity was reduced from 8000 grams to 4000.
    • It became possible to drag random things (and people) out of buildings and vehicles while you're on the outside, assuming you're not prevented by a lock. This is to plug an exploit of people barricading themselves in a building and leaving the door open while they're inside to prevent anybody from breaking the lock. It also removes the need for staff intervention when a dead body is stuck in a location too full to enter.

    • Handbags were added.

    • Events page was changed to allow viewing people's descriptions, current project and name them without leaving the page. A new whispering shortcuts system was also introduced.
  • 2/10/2013
    • It became possible to add things to projects, give things to a person and store things in containers without having to load a separate page. There are also some shortcuts that are triggered when holding down CTRL. Documented here: [1]
  • 1/10/2013
    • It became possible to drag parts of piles. Some dragging exploits were fixed.
  • Unknown date:
    • It became possible to add resources to projects from the ground without having to pick them up first.
  • 5/9/2013
    • It became unnecessary to drop your project manually before entering a building. It's now done automatically.
  • 11/8/2013
    • Hair accessories were implemented.
    • A bunch of regional recipes out of domesticated animal meat were implemented, as well as sausages.
  • 11/7/2013
    • It became possible to retrieve last typed message in the talk to all box, by pressing esc with the text field empty and active. This is useful if it fails to post your message due to some error.
  • 9/3/2013
    • Lighthouses started requiring fuel. Unlit ones will still be visible from a close distance.
  • 5/3/2013
    • Repair system change: Items are no longer added to the project, instead they need to be present, either in someone's inventory or on the floor. They continue deteriorating while the project exists and can still be used.
    • The project page will now show you if you have the necessary tools.
    • It became possible to tame pigs and wild boars.
