Uses for brandy
- amaretto with crushed nuts and grain spirit using a cask
- fruit cake with cake flour, raisins, crushed nuts, milk, sugar, eggs and butter or margarine in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven using a whisk
- plum pudding with large bones, cake flour, raisins, and eggs in a convection oven
