Uses for curly kale
Curly kale can be used to make:
- bigos from sauerkraut with pork sausage, beef sausage, mushrooms, and tomatoes on an hibachi
- cabbage rolls with beef sausage and rice in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven
- kale chips on a drying rack
- sauerkraut with salt in a salting barrel
- stamppot with potatoes and rookworst on an hibachi
