An essential item for any town leader in a developed town. If you want a building that you can keep locked, and still use it with ease, you need a file. A file is used to copy keys, which you can do by clicking on the "copy key" button next to the key you wish to be copied.
Used for making oil derrick, fractional distillation stack, scissors, thermal cutoff valves, eyepiece, sextant arc, some jewelry and for shaping buttons in some items of clothing.
