Used in baking. You need to grind it into wheat flour first, using a millstone or a manual grain grinder.

Can also be made into alcohol using a pot still.

In one day one person can farm 900 grams.

If you have a sickle or bronze sickle, you can farm 1800 grams a day.

If you have a scythe or bronze scythe, you can farm 4500 grams a day.
