Earl grey tea is made from
dry tea,
water, and a good dose of
bergamot oil in a regular
oven,
coal oven or
gas oven.
Earl Grey tea decreases tiredness 0.15% per 100g, and is said to be perfect for calming the nerves of intrepid ship captains.
If the orange-flavored bergamot isn't to your liking, you can also try black tea, ginseng tea, or peppermint tea.
