Beef is a non-edible food product, that is aquired by slaughtering or hunting certain domesticated animals.

Uses for beef

Beef can be used to make:

• beef sausage in a meat grinder
• beef wellington with pastry dough and clove on a tandoor
• brisket in a gas barbeque
• chateaubriand with wine and tarragon on a campstove
• cocido with pork, carrots, and potatoes in a tajine
• menudo with large bones and lemons on an hibachi
