Decreases tiredness 0.10% per 100g.
Cotton candy is a type of candy made from spun sugar using a cotton candy machine. But don't be silly; you can't just stick your hand in the machine. You'll also need a nice little cone of rice paper to gather those gossamer strands, not to mention a little propane to melt the sugar and run the machine.
While cotton candy is delicious, it is not very high in nutrition. In fact, it doesn't have any nutritional value at all. However, that sugar buzz will wake you up for a while by reducing a bit of your tiredness (-0.10% to be exact-ish; -0.20% for the flavored kind—see below).
But wait, there's more!
Variations
Why settle for just one kind when you can have different flavors? With a mere 10 grams of certain relavant juices, you can stave off palate boredom to create:
- blackberry cotton candy
- blueberry cotton candy
- grape cotton candy
- lemon cotton candy
- raspberry cotton candy
- sour apple cotton candy
- strawberry cotton candy
