Not to be confused with mashed potatoes.
Made from baked potatoes in a iron or wooden bucket. Used to distill alcohol in a pot still.
Note: In order to begin this project, you must drop the bucket and click the "use this machine" button http://www.cantr.net/graphics/cantr/pictures/button_small_use.gif and select "making potato mash". After doing so, you must pick up the bucket again to participate in the project.
