Uses for basil
Basil can be used to make:
- some apothecary mixtures
- dry basil using a drying rack or a desiccator
- honey using a beehive
- lasagna from stewed tomatoes with pasta, meat, and cheese in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven.
- pasta with pesto with plain pasta, nuts, and garlic on a kitchen table
