An essential item for any town leader in a developped town. If you want a building that you can keep locked, and still use it with ease, you need a file. A file is used to copy keys, which you can do by clicking on the "copy key" button next to the key you wish to be copied. It can also be used for shaping buttons in some clothing projects.
