Primitive clothes are the most basic and simple clothing in Cantr. They are often made of basic materials such as fur, hide, small bones and large bones, seashells, and even grass. They do not take much time to make and either do not require tools to make, or the tools used are very simple primitive items themselves.

A society considering itself to be more advanced and civilized might feel the need to graduate to other textiles, such as hemp, cotton, and/or silk. However, for those civilizations and newspawns just starting out, the ease of making primitive clothing and the more widely available materials make it a useful alternative.
