When this creature was being entered into the database, it was incorrectly named Bighorn sheep whereas the actual Snow sheep more correctly fits that name. An inspection of the picture, which was taken from the Wikipedia article on the Boreray sheep, matches up with the resources gained when a domesticated version of this sheep, namely fur, matches. Therefore, it's not just a matter of changing the pictures, but acknowledging the entry of this into the game's database in the first place. Just because it has "big horns" does not make it a Bighorn sheep.
