The interwiki page is above my understanding of things, sorry. I've tried to learn from wikipedia documentation, but it's very confusing, poorly documented and this wiki doesn't work exactly like that. My own suggestion a couple years back was a separate wiki for each language group, but that was shot down. Hej förresten. ;) Ceselb 11:35, 5 December 2009 (GMT)

Saalko has the right idea here. It's very simple. Do think ahead however, especially for large groupings like the pots. It allows you to do neat things like list all of them. Or you can replicate often referenced things like the oven (check what links here too see all). For reference, if you go in and edit a page you see all templates that it links to at the very bottom of the page. Ceselb 07:40, 18 December 2009 (GMT)

Hi, please have a look at the interwiki template in theese pages: Stone, Piedra, Sten. (Sorry about my english.) --AltoTN 22:56, 3 February 2010 (GMT)

New templates

Hi Echoman. About the template you are translating. Here are examples you asked in the forum.

Feel free to modify those pages. Already served their purpose. Let me know when you're done, so I give a look at the template. Good luck.

Tip: check the width that is defined in the template. It seems that the table looks bad.--AltoTN 12:35, 25 February 2010 (GMT)

Resource Template

I think the brackets repeat information that can be found in other pages (then, it would be very easy that one of the pages will not be updated when the information changes), but also saves time and gather related information.

So, what are the changes you propose? I acknowledge the followings:

  • Amount column: right aligned horizontally and vertically in the center.
  • Methods column: two lines each (the second one it's optional).
  • Both columns: alternate the background color between two colors, one light and one dark.

Anything else? --AltoTN 22:58, 13 April 2010 (IST)

I do not understand. I did not make a new template. --AltoTN 13:02, 15 April 2010 (IST)

RE: Deleting redirect pages

Already checked all pages of the category "Delete." Sorry for the inconvenience.--AltoTN 20:37, 18 May 2010 (IST)

Turkish Infoboxes

I was thinking about that. Your help would be useful. I also want to ask something else. Some resources have the same name in both Turkish and Polish. For example, taconite means takonit in both languages. So, how can I edit those articles? -- Illey 11:56, 11 August 2010 (IST)

Thanks for the article. I have a question. I've translated Template:Infobox:Manufacture article. It is on the Template:Infobox:Üretim/Doc page. But when I try to edit Template:Infobox:Üretim article, I can't see the content on the page. There is just a link "Template:Doc(TR)". What am I missing? -- Illey 23:51, 14 August 2010 (IST)

Old Templates

the code that logs the storage device to Category Storage_by_capacity can be moved, as it would be better generated as a sub category of storage. The only issue with this is the sortingname that is already in use in other lists (its a sort order override). In order for Storage_by_capacity to be accurate, I used the sortingname setting. The same can not be done with other templates without adding a new variable.

the resting state addition to resting furniture was just for convenience. --Paul 21:57, 23 January 2011 (GMT+12)

Item Stat Updates

I used the info from Recent database changes - Objects, and from the announcements thread on the forum. Thanks for the info on InterWiki templates --Paul 23:49, 29 January 2011 (GMT+12)

overlapping infoboxes

sorry for removing the stack(st) but it was the only way i was able to see all the boxes, as they all overlap and a lot of information is blocked, is there some other way i can get the full view of all the infoboxes without overlap (without downloading a new browser)?

no problem, my browser is internet explorer, and it is on a dell with XP, (same i've been using all these years :P )

i should also mention, this has only been an issue since the game came back up from the weeks of downtime after the hacking

New USE for old Templates

There is a way to reuse some of the old templates, simply by not providing output. A lot of the old templates have valid category and subcategory inserts, which, if modified to NOT output a table, can still be used to organise sub categories. Example - Storage By Capaity (which can not use regular sortname= because that affects the regular categories --Paul 2:30, 21 January 2011 (GMT+12)
