When one of your characters become sick you will see the message "You feel a bit faint." in the event list. The character will then start eating unnormal amounts of food.
Trivia: Previously there were also something called the sneezing sickness in Cantr II, which caused players to sneeze. This sickness was highly contagious and spread quickly, although it had no other known effect than the sneezing. The sneezing sickness was removed during 2010.
