Thanks, that makes sense. There are a number of portable machines ([[campstove]], [[bucket]], [[mixing bowl]], etc) ... but it appears that they all have to be placed on the ground in order to be used. Perhaps a "[[portable machinery]]" subcategory would be helpful for those of us with nomadic characters. :)

What is the difference between Machinery and Tools? Is it just the way they are categorized in the manufacturing menu? Or is there an actual in-game difference in how these items are treated?
