In the first paragraph : "Note that the text below is not the authoritative representation of the rules, since this page can be edited by anyone.". This article (and all its equivaletnt articles in other languages) should be protected after PD has made upcoming changes to it (and they have been translated). --EchoMan 10:04, 21 January 2011 (GMT)
