Not to be confused with mashed potatoes.
Made from baked potatoes in a iron or wooden bucket. Used to distill alcohol in a pot still.
Trivia
The food bangers and mash used to be made using the inedible Potato mash. However, now bangers and mash is made with the edible mashed potatoes in a hibachi.
