Made into dry sage using a drying rack and used in some apothecary mixtures.
Can be gathered in the wild, or grown in a earthenware flowerpot, earthenware windowbox or in the herb garden.
Sage is used in pumpkin stew with pumpkin, beef, and potatoes in a tajine.
