Used to make apothecary mixtures or into spinach soup with garlic using a tajine.
Can be gathered in the wild, or grown in a earthenware flowerpot, earthenware windowbox or in the herb garden.
Uses for garlic
Garlic can be used to make:
- aioli in a mixing bowl
- barbeque sauce in a mortar and pestle
- dry garlic in a drying rack
- garlic in an earthenware flowerpot, earthenware windowbox or in the herb garden
- spinach soup with garlic in a tajine
