Uses for beef sausage
Beef sausage can be used to make:
- bangers and mash with mashed potatoes on an hibachi
- bigos with pork sausage, sauerkraut, mushrooms, and tomatoes on an hibachi
- cabbage rolls with curly kale, and rice in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven
- rookworst in a smoker
- stamppot from rookworst with potatoes, curly kale, and coal on an hibachi
