Clove can be used in:
- Some apothecary mixtures
- Barbeque sauce with tomatoes, onions, thyme, and garlic using a mortar and pestle
- Lamb curry with carrots, sujuk, and ginger on an hibachi
- Pumpkin pie with pumpkin, pastry dough, and eggs in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven
