Uses for beef sausage
Beef sausage can be used to make:
- bangers and mash with mashed potatoes on an hibachi
- bigos with pork sausage, sauerkraut, mushrooms, and tomatoes on an hibachi
- cabbage rolls with curly kale and rice in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven
- liverwurst with pickles and dill on a kitchen table
