Uses for peppermint
Peppermint can be used to make:
- akvavit with potato spirit and dill using a cask
- some apothecary mixtures
- dry peppermint using a desiccator or drying rack
- honey using a beehive
- mint jelly with sugar and lemons using a mixing bowl
- peppermint tea using water in a regular oven, coal oven or gas oven
- smoked lamb shank using mutton in a smoker.
