Uses for thyme
Thyme can be used to make:
- andouille with pork sausage and rice on an hibachi
- some apothecary mixtures
- barbeque sauce with tomatoes, onions, clove and garlic using a mortar and pestle
- coq-au-vin with poultry and wine in a tajine
- dry thyme using a drying rack or a desiccator
- honey using a beehive
