Chars do use propane a lot, often coal is used to purify the gas, not wood. [[User:Frits|Frits]] 00:43, 9 January 2007 (EST)

Number crunching again, I calculated that you can even get better than 141.2 g/day by producing the iron with propane (purified with coal) and the steel with coal.
