Storage descriptions

As of now, the following storage items no longer use paper labels as their tool for making a custom description, but instead use the standard rules for description tools. (As described on Object descriptions http://wiki.cantr.net/index.php/Object_descriptions)

Describable Objects and the Tools Used
Adding all of the tools that can alter the items that can have a customized description:

This is a very big job, and it's going to take time. In each of the respective tool talk pages, I've added all of the items whose description can be altered by that tool. The eventual goal is to add the new variable to each manufacturing infobox. In the meantime, these links can at least show the wiki user what each tool can alter.
Note that what this list does not show are those items where a custom description can be applied upon creation, but cannot be altered once that item is created. For example: stone tombstone. Also not listed are the tools and items to alter building descriptions.
