Jos Elkink is the oldest player and founder of Cantr II. Having originally handled all administrative tasks, his role has gradually been 'reduced' to Chair of the Game Administration Board and general behind-the-scenes dictator :). He is former Chair of the Programming Department, Finance Officer. Jos has a continuous love-hate relationship with Cantr and can get rather irritated when approached with new ideas or bug reports, but this should not discourage anyone to bug him anyway.
