"Unrigged" rigging can be manufactured anywhere, but the final installation depends on the watercraft.

The primitive sail is one complete unit comprising of both the simple mast and hide sail in one assembly. Only one of these is allowed per boat.

When assembled, it can then be used to rig a dugout canoe, raft, rowing-boat, or reed boat.
