Wichita is the chair of the Resources Department and a member of the GAC. Despite popular initial impressions, Wichita is male. Just because a name ends with the letter a does not make it feminine. He is from Wichita, the largest city in the state of Kansas (Dorothy, Toto, twisters, all that stuff), hence the name. He is also a big supporter of multiple Cantr language regions, playing (poorly) in English, German, Chinese, Finnish, (and Polish? ;) ).
