Max workers needed.

The kiln and the small kiln are the only current use for clay in the game. The clay is used in building the kiln. Pottery does not yet exist in Cantr, so contrary to what some may think, kilns are not used to make pottery.

Kilns are useful for towns with access to wood, but poor access to coal. Charcoal is a very useful material for towns wishing to smelt iron without having to use coal, which is rare and hard to get in some areas of Cantr.

Kilns are a must for any town or organisation wanting to build window glass, which is needed for all of the fastest land vehicles.
