Note that in one day one person can only farm 400 gram. The number of turns will be rounded upwards. The end result will have a random deviation (max 20%) of the amount you ask for.
If you have scissors or bronze scissors, you can farm 500 grams a day.
If you have sickle or bronze sickle, you can farm 800 grams a day.
If you have scythe or bronze scythe, you can farm 2000 grams a day.
