Medium radio transmitter
Use: Can broadcast a signal on a chosen frequency (one of 201) to a medium range (straight-line distance of 50 units, or 5 days' unburdened walking), approximately one or two locations away, depending on the area.

A medium radio transmitter can only be built in a building.
Usage
The radio transmitter has a "use radio" button by it
When you use this you can enter a message and set the frequency that you want it broadcast on. The message is then broadcast. Every one in the same location sees you speaking into the radio, and everyone in the same location as a radio receiver within range and set to listen to the chosen frequency hears the message. The speaker and transmitter are not identified; the message is along the lines of "you hear a radio message 'Mary had a little Lamb.'"
