Uses for thyme
Thyme can be used to make:
- andouille with pork sausage and rice on an hibachi
- some apothecary mixtures
- barbeque sauce with tomatoes, onions, and garlic using a mortar and pestle
- dry thyme using a drying rack or a desiccator
