A vehicle radio receiver can only be built in specific ground vehicles.
These include: bus, jeep, limousine, mini-van, passenger car, pickup, small pickup, small sportscar, small tractor, small van, stationcar, tractor, and van.
Function
Can pick up a broadcast if it is range of a transmitter, and set to the frequency of the transmission. See medium radio transmitter for details.
