Attempted to make it similar to the machinary list, but in the process forgot to add the links to the individual pages after finishing. Ugh. More harm than good. Maybe a category listing is better?

Actually, I think we should leave this for easy reference to create pages for each individual tool. I'll start on that, but eventually this thing should go. It's not very wiki-like.
