Helend voedsel kan je eten als je gewond bent geraakt. Je kracht zal dan weer toenemen tot het op 100% is. De kopjes 0, 1, 2, 3 enz. zijn er om te geven hoe sterk iets geneest. Items bij de "0" helen tussen de 0 en 0.99% van je karakter per 100 gram die eet. Items bij de "1" helen tussen de 1 en 1.99% van je karakter per 100 gram die je eet etc. (Per groep staat het sterkst genezende voedsel onderaan.)
