Added the Docking Guide. It seems to be effectively orphaned, despite not showing up in Orphaned pages. If anything, we need to break it up (and maybe have Interface Guide be a transclusion, to keep it the same as it is now), not add more stuff. - The Interface Guide is the most bloated thing in the wiki; I've never read it through, and I'm not sure many other readers have. If anything, we need to break it up (and maybe have Interface Guide be a transclusion, to keep it the same as it is now), not add more stuff.
