Definitions
A recurve bow is one where the bow doubles back on itself, and thus the bowstring touches the bow. This results in more 'springiness' and a faster/stronger arrow flight.
'Composite' indicates that the bow is made of several materials (in the past, sometimes animal cartlidge), further adding to the 'springiness' of the bow.
So, In-Game, this bow is manufactured of multiple materials, and is of a recurve design.
