The Eat button next to a resource allows you to eat a [[:Category:Healing foods|healing food]]. When you click it, if you are damaged and the resource is a healing food, you will be prompted with the amount you need to remove all [[Skills#Health|damage]], and asked how much of the healing food you wish to eat.

"You cannot eat to gain strength" is a common error message after clicking this icon. It means that the resource you selected is a not a healing food.

"You do not need any more strength" is the other common error message. It means that you are not damaged.
