This determines how likely an animal is to leave its current location.
A random percentage is drawn from a normal distribution with a mean of "Likeliness of migration" and a standard deviation of +/- 10% If this exceeds a random value drawn from a uniform 0 to 100 scale then the animal travels - (if there is somewhere to travel to).
