Added the Docking Guide. It seems to be effectively orphaned, despite not showing up in Orphaned pages. *The Interface Guide is the most bloated thing in the wiki; I've never read it through, and I'm not sure many other readers have. If anything, we need to break it up (and maybe have Interface Guide be a transclusion, to keep it the same as it is now), not add more stuff.
