Kai kurių transporto priemonių judėjimui reikalingas variklis. Yra keturi variklių tipai.

Ir automobilio variklis A ([[Car engine (A)]]) ir automobilio variklis B ([[car engine (B)]]) gali būti montuojamas į tas pačias transporto priemones, ir bet kuris jų varys mašiną. Tačiau, su B varikliu automobilis bus 10% greitesnis.

==Degalų sunaudojimas==
Variklis priima degalus kaip betkuris laikymo įrenginys. Sunaudojamų degalų kiekį lemia sekantys veiksniai (kur "**" reiškia "galingumo padidinimą"):

<br>degalų_suvartojimas = variklis * (mašinos_minimumas + ((mašinos_maksimumas - mašinos_minimumas) * (esamas_greitis/maks_greitis)**6))

<br>variklis = variklio sunaudojimo koeficientas degalų tipui (nustatomas kiekvienam variklio tipui)
<br>mašinos_minimumas ir mašinos_maksimumas = naudojimo kintamieji, kurie nustatomi kiekvienam automobiliui.
