It has been an RD Tailoring policy since spring 2007 that all clothing descriptions should complete this sentence.<br /> <br /> For example, &quot;He wears a band of plain copper ''encircles'' the wearers finger&quot; is not a proper sentence, while &quot;He wears a band of plain copper ''encircling'' the finger&quot; would be (although it still looks a bit clumsy).<br /> <br /> Also the tailor tends to rid of references to &quot;the wearer&quot; since it can be assumed that all body parts mentioned in the description belong to the character in whose profile the descriptions are found.</div>
