Jos Elkink is the oldest player and founder of Cantr II. Having originally handled all administrative tasks, his role has gradually been 'reduced' to Chair of the [[Game Administration Board]] and general behind-the-scenes dictator :). He is former Chair of the [[Programming Department]], [[Finance Officer]]. Jos has a continuous love-hate relationship with Cantr and can get rather irritated when approached with new ideas or bug reports, but this should not discourage anyone to bug him anyway.
